Using BigBankApp

BigBankApp is a music and creator community offering public profiles, music discovery and playback, beats and licensing, Spotlight photos and reels, credits, libraries, playlists, follows, messaging, chat rooms, and editorial media. Everyone uses one account and one public profile; creator roles add tools without removing listener features.

Keep your account information accurate and protect your password and verification links. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully. Report suspected unauthorized account access to support.

Your content and other people’s rights

You remain responsible for the music, artwork, photos, videos, text, names, and links you submit. Obtain the rights and permissions needed for recordings, compositions, samples, artwork, performances, and identifiable people. Credits and profile links do not themselves establish ownership or permission.

The existing upload agreement grants BigBankApp permission to host, display, stream, and promote your submitted content through its services. It does not transfer ownership of your work to BigBankApp. The upload ownership confirmation remains part of the applicable upload flows.

Access to a public stream, preview, artwork, or Spotlight post does not automatically grant a license to copy, sell, distribute, or use that material commercially. A song’s Music Uses setting controls eligibility for the app’s existing social soundtrack feature; it does not resolve rights held by other contributors.

Beats and purchases

Beat purchases use the license terms and delivery options shown for the selected beat and tier. Review the producer’s terms, permitted uses, publishing share, limits, and promised deliverables before checkout. Producers are responsible for having the necessary rights and supplying the agreed files. BigBankApp provides marketplace services and does not verify every ownership claim.

A public preview is separate from protected purchase delivery. Paid downloads require the purchasing account. Exclusive availability is checked against transaction records; purchasing an exclusive license does not automatically cancel licenses previously granted. Account or listing deletion does not cancel a completed transaction or revoke another buyer’s license.

Current checkout remains in sandbox/testing configuration. These pages do not activate real-money payments or add new album-commerce terms. Report delivery or purchase problems with the order identifier; never send card details or passwords.

Community, moderation, and account deletion

Do not upload infringing content, threats, harassment, unlawful material, non-consensual intimate content, malicious files, scams, or other material that violates another person’s rights. Use block and report controls or contact support with a specific content link. BigBankApp may remove violating content or suspend access under the existing upload agreement.

You can request permanent account deletion through Settings while signed in and confirm by typing DELETE. The deletion notice explains which account data and files are removed and which transaction records, buyer delivery files, shared records, and moderation/rights evidence remain. Protected release-commerce and shared-ownership exceptions require support review. External copies and email-only Media submissions are handled separately through support.

Third-party social sites, YouTube embeds, and external links operate under their own terms and privacy policies. BigBankApp does not control those services or copies made outside BigBankApp.

Age and feature eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use BigBankApp. Users ages 13–17 may use normal platform, social, and creator features subject to these Terms and applicable law. Being a creator does not by itself require you to be 18.

Certain commerce or payout functions, financial or legal agreements, adult-oriented external links, and other age-restricted features may require you to be 18 or meet additional eligibility rules. Minors may need parental or guardian permission or involvement, depending on their jurisdiction and the feature. These Terms do not override applicable requirements.

Digital purchases and refunds

Digital beat and license purchases are generally final once the licensed digital content has been successfully delivered. A change of mind after delivery does not by itself entitle the buyer to a refund.

Exceptions may apply to duplicate charges, failed or missing delivery, clear technical or payment errors, and refunds required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. Contact bbsmediallc@gmail.com with the order identifier and explanation. These terms do not guarantee a refund for every reported issue or activate real-money purchases.

Suspension, termination, and appeals

BigBankApp may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms or safety violations, fraud, abuse, copyright infringement, serious misuse, or other legitimate enforcement reasons, subject to applicable law.

You may appeal by emailing bbsmediallc@gmail.com with your account details, the action being appealed, and relevant information. After review, BigBankApp may uphold, modify, or reverse the action. No guaranteed response time is promised.

Warranties and limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BigBankApp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or permanent availability. Temporary outages and technical failures may occur.

Users are responsible for their uploaded content and user-to-user agreements. BigBankApp does not guarantee the accuracy, rights ownership, or performance of user content or another user’s commitments. We remain responsible where applicable law requires it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BBSMedia LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from use of the platform, temporary outages, user-uploaded content, or user-to-user agreements and disputes. These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law, subject to applicable mandatory law and without displacing rights that cannot be waived. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or BigBankApp may be brought in the state courts of New Jersey or the federal courts located in New Jersey that have jurisdiction. Any mandatory right to a different court or forum remains available. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration.

BBSMedia LLC may update these Terms in the future if its legal or entity structure changes. The dates displayed on this page identify this update; publication before October 22, 2026 does not make the updated Terms effective early.
