Rights and ownership

Upload only content you own or have permission to distribute. This includes recordings, compositions, samples, artwork, photographs, video footage, performances, and another person’s name or likeness. Selecting a creator role, entering a credit, or finding content online does not establish those permissions.

The existing ownership confirmation makes you responsible for your submission and resulting claims and gives BigBankApp permission to host, display, stream, and promote it through the service. Preserve the permissions and licenses needed for your work.

Appropriate content and accurate information

Do not submit infringing, unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, privacy-violating, non-consensual intimate, or malicious content. Do not impersonate people or misrepresent contributors, ownership, price, license scope, or delivery files. Report violations with a content link and explanation.

Music and artwork are intentionally public when published. Spotlight photos/reels and their selected thumbnails can be shown in discovery and on profiles. Keep purchased beat masters and stems in protected delivery storage; use a separate partial public preview. A public preview or social soundtrack setting is not a substitute for rights clearance.

For beats, supply the actual file formats and stems promised in the selected license. Renaming an MP3 as a WAV does not make it a WAV. Do not sell exclusive rights you cannot grant or promise stems that are not available. Existing buyer delivery must not be broken by deleting a listing or replacing its files.

Reports and removal

Contact support about copyright, privacy, safety, or delivery concerns. Include the page/content URL, the issue, and contact details. BigBankApp may remove content or suspend accounts under the existing upload confirmation. Account suspension and appeals are described in the Terms. Appeals may be sent to bbsmediallc@gmail.com; an action may be upheld, modified, or reversed without a guaranteed response time. Formal DMCA procedures still require the review identified in the Copyright Policy.
