Copyright complaints

Send copyright complaints to bbsmediallc@gmail.com with the subject Copyright complaint. Identify the copyrighted work, the specific BigBankApp material and URL, your name and contact information, and whether you are the rights holder or authorized representative. Provide a physical or electronic signature, a good-faith statement that the challenged use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law, and an accuracy/authority statement under penalty of perjury. Do not submit knowingly false claims.

Support can receive and review complaints about material hosted by BigBankApp. For material hosted on YouTube or another external service, include that external URL as well; BigBankApp cannot remove the underlying file from another provider. Privacy or likeness concerns may require a different rights basis than copyright.

Disputing a removal

If you believe material was removed by mistake, contact support with the removed material’s URL, your contact details, and an explanation. A formal DMCA counter-notice has legal consequences and includes additional signature, sworn-statement, address, and court-jurisdiction requirements. Consult the U.S. Copyright Office’s notice/counter-notice resources before submitting one.

This contact is not represented as a registered DMCA designated agent, and this page does not claim safe-harbor eligibility. Automated statutory notice/counter-notice processing or a guaranteed restoration timetable is not currently implemented.
