Video Submission Terms

Effective September 27, 2026. These terms apply when you submit a video for consideration on BigBankApp Media.

Your rights and permissions

You keep ownership of your video. You confirm that you own the content or have permission from the people and rights holders involved to submit it and grant the uses below. This includes music, beats, samples, footage, artwork, photographs, trademarks, performances, and any other third-party material. Where required, you have permission to use the names, voices, images, and likenesses of people appearing in the submission.

Permission to feature your work

You give BigBankApp and Big Bank Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review, host or embed, display, share, repost, excerpt, promote, and market your submitted content in connection with BigBankApp Media and its promotion, including adapting or cropping thumbnails for placement. You can continue posting and using your work elsewhere. This permission does not transfer ownership.

Editorial review

Submission does not guarantee publication, promotion, payment, exposure, or continued availability. We may accept, reject, remove, or stop displaying a submission at our discretion. We may contact you about your submission using the email address you provide.

Claims and removal

You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for your submission and for claims arising from material you submitted without the necessary permission. If you believe a video displayed through BigBankApp violates your rights, or you want to request removal of your own submission, email bbsmediallc@gmail.com with the video link, your contact information, your relationship to the content, and the reason for your request. We review legitimate complaints and may remove the content while investigating.
